Manly beach vigil
Monday 13 February
7:30 - 8:30am, near North Steyne S.L.S.C

Join us to reflect on the 402 young lives lost to suicide in 2021. Local artist, Ali Skiba will lead a guided meditation for 402 seconds to provide a quiet moment of reflection.

Suicide is the leading cause of death of young people aged 14-25 in Australia.

We are calling on key decision makers in government and media to lead the change to end youth suicide. During our vigil, we will acknowledge the young lives lost and move together to create and photograph a heart formation.

End Youth Suicide Week encourages our community and young people to defy the stigma associated with mental health and to openly talk about suicide with their friends, families, and communities.
